xThink is dedicated to support its valued customers. If you have problems running our software, and especially with recognition please consult the online help first. Please also have a look in our online list of frequently asked questions (FAQ) which we are continuously updating. Periodically, the support pages are also updated with xThink Calculator and MathJournal 2.x, components that have bug fixes and recognition enhancements. Registered users are welcome to download the updates, taking necessary backups and other precautions before patching their installations.
